By using the website, creating an account or placing a booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. Keera’s role
Keera connects travellers with providers of stays, tours, car rentals and tickets. Service-specific descriptions, availability and conditions may be supplied by those providers.
3. User accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect account access and notify us of suspected unauthorised use. Accounts may not be used for fraud or disruption.
4. Prices and bookings
The final price is shown before payment. A booking is not complete until payment is confirmed and a booking reference is issued. Review names, dates, quantities and details before confirming.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through supported payment providers. Never disclose full card numbers, security codes or OTPs. A failed payment does not confirm a booking.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, change and refund conditions vary by service. Fees and refund amounts follow the conditions shown at booking and the service’s current status.
7. Coupons and membership
Member coupons are personal and subject to stated limits. Keera may withhold rewards obtained through fraud, simulated transactions or misuse.
8. Prohibited conduct
Unauthorised access, harmful data, abusive automation, commercial content copying and unlawful use are prohibited.
9. Limitation of liability
Keera uses reasonable care in operating the platform, but provider changes, outages and events beyond reasonable control can occur. Liability remains subject to applicable law.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect service or legal changes. The latest version appears here and applies from the stated date.
